The Role:
The Speech Pathologist delivers quality, person centered customer focused outcomes for people being supported by our client in an efficient and safe working environment. 
The purpose of this role is to actively support the needs of individual NDIS participants by providing expert speech pathology services through evidence-based practice and policy, as well as assist Support Coordinators  and Support Workers by providing specific health

Criteria:
  • Tertiary Qualification in Speech Pathology and registered with AHPRA to practice in Australia
  • Drivers Licence, Police Check , NDIS Screening Check, WWCC
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people with disability, psychosocial disability, families, and carers
  • Experience working in paediatric health (0-18 years) and early intervention
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of services to people with a disability, or Psychosocial Disability providing a professional and positive outlook and commitment to support and promote individual needs,  skills, abilities, and personal goals for people with disability
  • Demonstrated commitment to the values of dignity, respect, inclusion empowerment, confidentiality, and  strength-based practice.
