The role:
As a Speech Pathologist, you will be instrumental in providing personalized speech and language services across a diverse caseload that spans paediatric, adult, and aged care clients. Your role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders, conducting swallowing assessments, and supporting clients with assistive technology. You will deliver these services both in person and through telehealth, ensuring that your clients receive high-quality care in their homes, aged care facilities, schools, or other community settings.

You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and prioritize your area of expertise, with an 80:20 split towards your preferred specialty. This role offers the opportunity to work with clients across the lifespan and within various funding streams, including NDIS, private clients, mental health, neurological conditions, HCP, and aged care. Essential Criteria
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Speech Pathology or relevant discipline
  • SPA registration
  • Experience supporting clients availing of NDIS services
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check and Orientation Modules
  • Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance and Professional Liability
