Speech Pathologist - Clinic Based (No Billable Hour)

The role:
As a Speech Pathologist, you will work closely with NDIS participants to support their communication, swallowing, and social interaction needs. You will use assessments to understand each individual’s strengths and challenges, then design and deliver therapy plans that promote independence, skill development, and quality of life. You will collaborate with families, carers, and other allied health professionals to ensure a holistic, person-centred approach, while also providing training to support workers so they can confidently implement therapy strategies in daily life.

In this role, you will manage your own caseload across different settings, handling both routine and complex situations with professionalism and empathy. You will be responsible for completing all clinical and administrative tasks to a high standard, ensuring participant information is accurately documented and safeguarded. You are expected to demonstrate resilience, compassion, and strong organisational skills, while upholding professional ethics and maintaining a commitment to empowering people with disability to achieve their goals.

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Speech Pathology or relevant discipline
• SPA registration
• Valid NDIS Check
• Medicare Providers Registration
• First Aid Cert or willingness to obtain
