The Job
As a clinician, you will work with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored therapeutic interventions. Managing a diverse caseload, you'll conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and apply evidence-based practices to support clients in reaching their goals. Collaboration with other professionals and ongoing monitoring of progress will be central to your role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions based on clinical evidence
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic care
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with guidelines
• Support clients in building skills for daily living and increased independence

Essential Criteria

• SPA Membership
• Bachelor of Speech Pathology as a minimum. 
• Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions and managing a caseload
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centred care
