The Role
As a key member of the expanding Speech and Language Therapy team, you will deliver evidence-based assessments and therapies for speech and language to a paediatric client base. While the primary focus will be on clinic-based therapy, there will also be opportunities to provide services in community settings, such as schools.

The organisation features a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, speech and language therapists, and occupational therapists, who work together to deliver integrated and comprehensive care.
The Role
As a key member of the expanding Speech and Language Therapy team, you will deliver evidence-based assessments and therapies for speech and language to a paediatric client base. While the primary focus will be on clinic-based therapy, there will also be opportunities to provide services in community settings, such as schools.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalised treatment plans for a diverse range of paediatric clients.
- Collaborate with a team of psychologists, occupational therapists, and other health professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting.
- Effectively manage a caseload of clients independently.
- Australian accredited tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
- Current SPA membership
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Working with Children Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
