The role:
- Liaise with National Disability Insurance Scheme participants and their networks
- Provide evidence-based assessments, services and recommendations to people in their homes, in community environments, and in clinic locations
- Collaborate with the trans-disciplinary team of clinicians to share knowledge and ideas
- Contribute to initiatives related to service innovation and continuous improvement
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in your relevant field with 0-2 years experience
- Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children’s Check
- Registration with the relevant Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- First Aid Certification
- A focus on exceeding, not just achieving, client goals
- A commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality services
- An ongoing desire to improve and achieve professional growth
