The Role:
Our client is a leading provider of support services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centered services tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Position Summary: The Service Manager will oversee the delivery of NDIS services, ensuring that our client's operations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in NDIS management and leadership, who can drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of the service offerings. 

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Health Services, Business Management or a related field. 

• A Master's degree is preferred 

• Extensive experience in NDIS management and leadership roles.

• In-depth knowledge of the NDIS framework, legislation, and operational requirements. 

• Strong leadership and people management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.

• Commitment to person-centered service delivery and continuous improvement.

• Full-licence, WWCC, Police Check & NDISWC all required prior to commencing employment
