The Role:
  • Manage a diverse caseload, providing evidence-based assessments and services in home, community, and clinic locations
  • Liaise with NDIS participants and their supports – families, carers, health professionals, agencies – to understand the client’s needs and define their goals
  • Design appropriate therapy and equipment recommendations and support plans
  • Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team of clinicians to share knowledge and ideas.
Essential Criteria:
  • 4+ years practical experience 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • AHPRA registration Experience in sensory regulation, emotional regulation and mealtimes desired but not essential
  • A commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality services
  • An ongoing desire to improve and achieve professional growth
  • A creative and inquisitive mind, with a willingness to try new things
