The role:

As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will play a pivotal role in our clients commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred speech therapy services. Working as part of a collaborative and interdisciplinary team in their Carrum Downs clinic, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based care to a diverse caseload, with a focus on NDIS participants and private clients seeking speech therapy services. Your role involves engaging with clients to set achievable goals, empowering them to enhance their independence and overall well-being.

In this senior position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to peer consultations with professionals from various disciplines, fostering a dynamic and enriching work environment. Essential Criteria

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Speech Pathologist
• Registration with SPA
• Experience working with NDIS/Disability clients
• Unrestricted working rights
• NDIS Workers Screening Check, WWCC and Police Check
• Valid drivers license and access to insured vehicle
