The Role:
As a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner, your role involves providing essential support to children and adults with disabilities, helping them to participate in their communities successfully. This includes developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans, mentoring Behaviour Support Practitioners, and leading the team in promoting positive outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in Positive Behaviour Support Plan development.
- Registration with NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission as a PBS Practitioner.
- Confidence in positive behaviour support approaches and implementation.
- Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
