The role:
As the Rostering and Recruitment Coordinator, you will assume a pivotal role in our highly reputable organization dedicated to providing essential support services to individuals facing disabilities and health challenges in the greater Sydney region. Located in Hurstville, this organization is known for its commitment to fostering a nurturing work environment and delivering exceptional care. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects related to our workforce, with a particular focus on support worker rosters, leave management, availability, and compliance. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of support each day. Your daily responsibilities will include allocating work and scheduling shifts for our support workers while adhering to contractual obligations, award classification, and individual flexibility agreements. Additionally, you will manage roster and shift changes effectively, maintain seamless communication between our staff and clients, and establish efficient communication channels with referring organizations.

Essential Criteria
  • Experience working within NDIS/Aged Care sector in related position.
  • Minimum 1 year Rostering experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Current Police Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • Driving License and access to full insured vehicle
