Our client, an award winning Social Change Maker, is seeking for their next practitioner to join their growing team! Our client is a multi disciplinary practice, which has grown from initially delivering return to work services, to expanding services in recruitment, disability services, injury management and medical assessments. 

As a Rehabilitation Counsellor you will be

  • Occupational Therapists
The Role:
The Rehabilitation Counsellor will manage cases of non-compensable and compensable clients to agreed Key Performance Indicators, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the quality of services provided to customers and by the organisation, i.e. value to the customer. The Counsellor plays a pivotal role in the delivery of business outcomes, including meeting budgetary and customer performance requirements

Criteria:
  • Undergraduate qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or another relevant discipline or experience that is regarded as equivalent
  • Full membership within the relevant peak body
  • Demonstrated ability to function as an effective Counsellor
  • Experience within workers compensation, specifically DVA cases
  • Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate and manage complex cases
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Advanced administration and organisational skills
