THE ROLE:

Our client is a leading Not For Profit across the welfare remit. They Provide both high & low care and their residential facilities offer a range of services. Within this position, you will provide person-centred care to residents of the facility while working collaboratively within a professional team to provide excellent care and to improve the independence and quality of life of all residents

The duties of the role include but are not limited to:
 
  • Providing safe and competent clinical management and nursing interventions in accordance with recognised standards of practice & monitor and oversee staff practices to ensure a coordinated approach to resident care
  • Ensuring residents, their families and significant others are included in the care planning process and engaged in decisions affecting the resident
  • Coordinating and monitoring the planning, implementation and evaluation of service outcomes and nursing care standards

Criteria:
  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in leading a team and supervising staff
  • Be an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, visa holder with no work restrictions or have the applicable ANMAC occupation code to seek sponsorship opportunities
