The Role:

As a Receptionist for a growing NDIS provider, you will play a key role in providing high-quality administrative support to the business. Reporting directly to the Administration Coordinator, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations through your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include answering and routing calls professionally, managing emails and correspondence, and maintaining both electronic and physical records. You’ll assist care staff with administrative advice, perform accurate data entry, and oversee office supply management. Additionally, you will contribute to team meetings, promote information exchange, and uphold confidentiality standards. Your proactive approach and commitment to excellence will be essential in fostering a safe, efficient, and collaborative workplace.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy
  • High-speed and accurate data entry skills
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs and plan accordingly
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
