As a Psychologist, you will manage an allocated caseload of NDIS Participants, working with individuals across the lifespan and from diverse sociocultural backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive clinical interviews and assessments, utilizing clinical observations and psychometric tools. By interpreting these findings, you will collaboratively determine and achieve intervention goals that align with the participants' NDIS Plan goals.
You will deliver person-centred, tailored interventions with a systemic focus, providing therapeutic support and training to stakeholders. Your role will also involve monitoring, interpreting, and addressing signs and symptoms of risk and acute distress that may arise during therapeutic interventions. Ensuring the well-being of your clients is paramount, and you will provide written reports to the NDIS outlining progress reviews and ongoing areas of need.
