Role:
- Mentoring & developing more junior therapists
- Developing clinical delivery, modifying operational systems
- Quarterly leadership training provided with a reduced case load
- Creation and input on resources and delivery
- Conduct regular meetings with therapists
- Commitment to a whole team approach
Requirements:
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and leadership qualities
- Excellent written documentation capabilities
- Current Occupational Therapy Degree certification
- Registration with the relevant regulatory body
- Possess necessary certifications for the role
