The role:
As a Podiatrist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive foot and ankle care in a mobile, community-based setting. Your key duties will involve treating a diverse range of clients, managing conditions like sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, arthritis, and diabetes-related complications. You will also handle wound care, ingrown toenails, bunions, and heel pain, as well as prescribe orthotic devices to aid in client recovery and mobility.

In this role, you will manage your own schedule and conduct client appointments in various locations, including residential homes and aged care facilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate clinical notes, meeting professional development standards, and attending team meetings and training sessions. Strong time management, clear communication, and a high level of client care are essential to achieving the position’s clinical KPIs.

Essential Criteria
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Podiatrist or relevant discipline
  • AHPRA registration
  • Experience supporting clients availing of NDIS services
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check and Orientation Modules
  • Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance and Professional Liability
