Role: Join as a Clinical Lead - Behaviour Support Practitioner at a residential facility, where you will oversee a part of the facility alongside two other leaders. Drive the transformation of dementia care by collaborating with clinical staff to achieve positive outcomes and identify areas for development. Work closely with nurses, allied health professionals, and care workers to provide exceptional care for residents with complex needs in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Behaviour Support Practitioner (proficient level minimum).
• Experience in aged care, dementia, or mental health settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to person-centred care.
• Leadership potential with previous supervision experience welcomed.
