The Role:

Our client is offering a dynamic opportunity for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join their dedicated team. This role provides an excellent chance to work within a supportive and collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality early childhood education, intervention, and family support services in their homes, schools and clinic sessions.

As an Occupational Therapist you will be responsible for providing comprehensive Occupational Therapy services to families with children who have additional needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support children's therapy goals.
  • Conduct and document assessments and reviews of children efficiently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to generalise strategies across multiple domains.
  • Maintain an effective schedule to meet billable hour targets.
  • Complete required documentation, reporting, and record-keeping in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to organisational policies, procedures, and child safety standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development.

Essential Criteria:

  • A recognised degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Current Driver’s Licence and access to own car
  • NDIS Worker Check, WWCC, and National Police Check.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR).
  • Registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Intermediate skills in technology use, including CMS and Office 365.
  • Strong planning, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work within organisational values, policies, and procedures.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
