Join a premier Aged Care as an Operations Manager in their country facility in the Peel region, just south of Mandurah.

The Role
  • Ensure clinical care standards and compliance with governance policies.
  • Lead strategic planning and achieve business goals.
  • Oversee staff management, education, and training programs.
  • Manage the Directorate budget.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality improvement, and infection control policies.
  • Maintain compliance with aged care regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Uphold the companies’ values and policies, including occupational health and safety, privacy, and Code of Conduct.
Requirements
  • A background in clinical nursing is preferred however someone with leadership experience in aged care would be considered
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, mediation and staff management skills
  • Knowledge and aged care reforms and accreditation standards, also of quality and risk control
  • Experience with financial and budget management including aged funding models
