Clinical supervision is a vital part of our clients commitment to your professional growth. You will receive regular supervision sessions to enhance your skills and ensure the highest quality of care for your clients.
You will be apart of a multi-discplinary team including Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Art Therapists, Allied Health Assistants, and more. This interdisciplinary collaboration allows you to draw from a wealth of knowledge and experience, providing comprehensive and holistic support to our clients and their families.
Your key responsibilities include managing a caseload of clients, conducting assessments, providing therapy, collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining accurate documentation, participating in care team meetings, and supervising Allied Health Assistants. You will have the chance to run group therapy sessions and contribute to the development of therapy plans.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will champion a strengths-based approach under the social model of disability, celebrate the uniqueness of your clients and work towards empowering them to become the best versions of themselves. In this role, you will contribute to this mission while continuously growing both personally and professionally through access to literature, education programs, supervision, and special interest groups.

Essential Criteria:
- Full AHPRA Registration
- Tertiary qualification in relevant Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 1 years' experience
- Current Drivers' License
- Access to fully insured car
- COVID-19 Vaccination
- NDIS Workers Check
- Working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
