The role:
Our client is a dynamic organization dedicated to revolutionizing the lives of individuals with disabilities. As an Occupational Therapist with our client, you'll play a pivotal role in breaking down barriers and facilitating significantly improved outcomes for participants. The organization offers a unique opportunity for passionate professionals to align their careers with their true calling, allowing them to choose their caseload focus—be it paediatrics, working with adults, or spanning across all age groups.

In this role, you will be part of a united team of change makers, operating within a social model that transcends traditional boundaries. No two days will be the same as you work in diverse environments such as homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, or community centres. Engaging with individuals and their families, you will provide the necessary support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Collaboration is key, as you'll be working within an interdisciplinary team to tailor the right supports around your participants, empowering them to achieve greater outcomes.

Our client values the holistic approach, focusing on not just the individual, but also the environments in which they live, work, play, and learn. Joining our client as an Occupational Therapist means contributing to a positive impact on the lives of those with disabilities while enjoying a fulfilling and varied work life. If you're passionate about making a difference and promoting inclusion for all Australians, this position offers a platform for you to thrive and grow in your career.
