The Role

They are looking for an Occupational Therapist - Functional Capacity/Home Living Assessor, you will play a vital role in conducting assessments to evaluate individuals' abilities, challenges and support needs. As a Functional Capacity/Home Living Assessor, you will be responsible for
 
  • Conducted Functional Capacity and Home Living Assessments in various environments.
  • Recommended home and living support models based on assessments.
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of NDIS regulations and funding guidelines.
  • Applied quality of life approaches, inclusion strategies, and ecosystem supports.
  • Produced timely, evidence-based reports for assessments and recommendations.

Essential Criteria
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant discipline
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Knowledge of Functional Capacity and Home Living Assessment
  • Valid NDIS Check
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
