This involves conducting functional assessments, implementing therapeutic plans, and collaborating seamlessly with other allied health professionals, educators, and support workers to ensure comprehensive care.

Outreach support to consumers, collaboration with internal and external service providers, and participation in program planning, implementation, and evaluation are also vital components of this multifaceted position.

The successful candidate will bring a wealth of high-quality clinical skills, an in-depth understanding of OT in the context of disabilities, and the ability to undertake and analyze various functional assessments. Emphasizing collaboration, you will work seamlessly in community-based and natural settings, building strong relationships with consumers, their families, and other significant stakeholders. Your role extends beyond the clinical domain to organizational responsibilities, showcasing resilience, initiative, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement. As an Occupational Therapist with us, you will not only contribute to individual participant outcomes but also play a pivotal role in maintaining a supportive team environment and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
