The close-knit team comprises 17 multidisciplinary clinicians and support staff. The clinic prioritises well-being, mental health, and work/life balance, ensuring that documentation can be completed within working hours. Staff members are valued as part of the family.

Major Duties
  • Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills when working with families, children, and team members.
  • Contribute to the development of education and knowledge, implementing DIR Floortime and Sensory Integration principles.
  • Embed the clinic’s philosophy into daily practice, empowering parents to interact with their children through play.
  • Promote excellence and cater to the needs of children and parents, ensuring they are both challenged and supported.
  • Develop inclusive and engaging play opportunities to achieve individual goals and outcomes.
  • Participate in individual clinic-based sessions, school-based interventions, parent coaching, and peer group intervention sessions.
  • Be passionate about professional development and eager to continually learn more about the important work at the clinic.
Requirements:
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Training.
  • Experience working with children with Autism is a bonus.
  • High energy, willingness to continually learn, and a love for having fun with kids.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • WWCC, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Clearance will be required.
  • A current license is preferred.
