Occupational Therapist - Paediatrics

• Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + super (depending on experience)

They have a multidisciplinary team of therapists works collaboratively to deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of each child.

The Duties included but are not limited to

• Assess, report, treat, review and discharge clients, referring to other providers as appropriate and supporting parents and carers as needed.
• Develop personalised treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with families/carers and other team members to establish therapy goals.
• Complete Assessment Findings Reports immediately after the initial assessment session.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide clinical intervention that is proven and current practice.
• Provide a consistent, professional and courteous attitude and level of service with clients, children and adults alike.
• Provide an effective client referral service to external service providers, as appropriate.
• Collaborate with speech therapists to provide coordinated care and support interdisciplinary goals.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant discipline
• 2 + years' experience
• Full AHPRA registration
• Valid NDIS Check
• First Aid Certificate
• Working With Children Check
• Medicare Provider number
