The role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, designing, and delivering evidence-based therapy services that empower individuals living with disability to achieve their goals. You’ll provide initial assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver community-based interventions focused on clients’ primary disabilities, reasons for referral, and NDIS goals. Your role also involves producing reports to support funding needs, managing your caseload effectively, and ensuring timely follow-ups to provide the best client outcomes.

You will work closely with the Clinical Manager, contributing to organisational goals by meeting key performance indicators, engaging in professional development, and ensuring services are aligned with best practice standards. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently across community settings while collaborating with clients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful results.

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant discipline
• AHRPA registration
• Valid NDIS Check
• Working With Children Check
