The Role:

Looking to make a real difference? As an OT, you'll support teenagers and young adults in early intervention and school settings, helping them build independence and achieve their goals. Your role will involve:
  • Delivering evidence-based, person-centred therapy
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximise outcomes
  • Conducting assessments, including Functional Capacity Assessments
  • Providing training to support workers, schools, and workplaces
  • Helping young people plan for study or employment
  • Supporting families and community networks
 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy + relevant registration
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Strong communication, problem-solving & organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
