The Job
This exciting opportunity is based in Darwin, Northern Territory, with relocation assistance provided. The role involves:
  • Assisting individuals with recovery and return to work following injury or illness
  • Conducting assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios
  • Supporting clients to achieve pre-injury or new employment outcomes using your clinical expertise
  • Collaborating with health professionals, specialists, employers, and other stakeholders to deliver positive results
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a range of assessments, including functional capacity, workplace, and ergonomic assessments
  • Develop and implement recovery and return-to-work plans tailored to client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
  • Provide detailed, timely, and accurate reports and documentation as required
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Essential Criteria
  • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • A strong interest in occupational rehabilitation
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A team-oriented mindset, integrity, and a positive attitude
