The role:
Our client is a leading NSW Disability Provider. They are looking for an energetic and confident Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with families to achieve the best outcomes for clients and participants.

As an experienced therapist, you will be using your clinical and administrative skills to:
  • Provide assessment and therapy for clients/participants with varying needs from Autism, ADHD, developmental delay, sensory processing and fine/gross motor skill development
  • Complete assessment and therapy paperwork in a timely manner
  • Assist clients/participants to reach their independent living and life skill goals
  • Collaborate with our  clients' multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for your clients/participants
  • Mentor and build the skills of junior clinicians who will be working under you
  • Contribute to quality improvement projects to improve our service delivery
 This role involves actively contributing to the development and implementation of our service delivery model. They are a person and family-centred service that prides ourselves on achieving positive outcomes for the families they serve.

About You:
The successful candidate will have:
•             A passion for supporting people with a disability and their families
•             Registration with AHPRA as a Occupational Therapist
•             Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
•             Police check or willing to obtain
•             NDIS workers check or willing to obtain
•             Current CPR training willing to obtain
•             Ability to work independently and as part of a larger multidisciplinary team
•             Exceptional time management skills
•             Knowledge of the NDIS system and process (preferred but not essential)
