Our client is a leading NSW Disability Provider. They are looking for an energetic and confident Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with families to achieve the best outcomes for clients and participants.

About You:
The successful candidate will have:
• A passion for supporting people with a disability and their families
• Registration with AHPRA as a Occupational Therapist
• Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
• Police check or willing to obtain
• NDIS workers check or willing to obtain
• Current CPR training willing to obtain
• Ability to work independently and as part of a larger multidisciplinary team
• Exceptional time management skills
• Knowledge of the NDIS system and process (preferred but not essential)

- No KPIs! Success is not measured on how many hours you bill.

As an experienced therapist, you will be using your clinical and administrative skills to:
- Provide assessment and therapy for clients/participants with varying needs from Autism, ADHD, developmental delay, sensory processing and fine/gross motor skill development
- Complete assessment and therapy paperwork in a timely manner
- Assist clients/participants to reach their independent living and life skill goals
- Collaborate with our clients' multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for your clients/participants
- Mentor and build the skills of junior clinicians who will be working under you
- Contribute to quality improvement projects to improve our service delivery
About You:
