Essential Criteria:
- Relevant qualifications in industry-specific field or equivalent experience
- 2 year HR experience
- Experience managing staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in case management or client support services
- High level of organisational and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
