The role:
As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will be a key member of our Operational Team, contributing to operational excellence and delivering targeted services to individuals with disabilities. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of service delivery, growth in access to services, and increased engagement efficiency.

Your responsibilities include meeting KPIs, achieving weekly billable hours, and utilizing EI systems proficiently. Effectively manage your caseload, ensuring scheduled future appointments and active service agreements for all participants. Embrace a participant-centric approach, planning EI journeys, providing best practice therapy, and empowering participants to achieve their goals within a social model of practice.

Engage in continuous learning and development, actively participating in self-directed learning, mentoring, and regular meetings with a Therapy Mentor and Therapy Consultant. Contribute to a positive work culture by sharing impactful stories, encouraging colleagues to embrace learning opportunities, and actively participating in the innovation and improvement process.

Essential Criteria
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant discipline
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Valid NDIS Check, WWCC and Police Check
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Full driving licence
