As an executive assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, handling the complexities of a busy schedule and overseeing significant projects. Your responsibilities will include liaising with stakeholders, from grassroots community leaders to high-level policymakers.
Criteria :
- Shows skill in handling both professional and personal tasks discreetly and efficiently.
- Demonstrates expertise in planning travel, events, and daily logistics
- Possesses excellent English communication skills and can reflect the tone of leadership effectively.
- Is adaptable, loyal, and dedicated to supporting impactful work without seeking personal recognition.
- Proactive and hardworking
- The right attitude and ability to follow direction is key. New Graduates will be considered.
- Must be willing to come into the office from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
- Candidate must be willing to travel. On occasions, you will be required to travel interstate with the rest of the senior executive team .
