The Role:
The Key Purpose of this Role is to establish and run a top-quality learning institution that includes setting up and implementing appropriate policies, processes, and systems as well as managing all accreditation requirements and promoting the institution’ goals to the wider community. The training centre will run a mixture of accredited and non-accredited training programs. As such, you will also be managing, developing and improving new and existing social support activities and programs nationwide while ensuring that activities reflect the needs and expectations of the organisations varied participant cohorts. All activities, whether accredited or unaccredited, will be underpinned by good pedagogical principles, and the values of the org's initiative recognising the natural abilities all people have and valuing a person’s interests, passions, and the system they operate within, to maximise knowledge acquisition, skills acquisition, social capital, and quality of life.

The Role:

Essential Criteria:
- NDISWC & Police Check
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Current & Valid Driver's licence
- Training & Assessment Certificate
- Degree in Social Work (Preferred, not essential)
- Degree in Education / Business Management or related field
- A strong understanding, focus and commitment to quality, compliance, accreditation and reporting requirements in the RTO sector
- Experience in high level of leadership and strategic direction to staff in the delivery of a diverse range of education, training, and services.
