The role
  • Lead a team of Nurses and Care staff in delivering high quality care, putting residents and families first
  • Grow the service through your leveraging your knowledge of AN-ACC funding, care planning and community engagement
  • Ensure compliance, oversee policy improvement and create a best practice culture. 
  • Develop relationships with various stakeholders including Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and Government Departments.
Requirements
  • AHPRA Registered Nurse
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • 2+ years experience in a leadership position within an Aged Care setting
