The Role:
Work for a nationally recognised provider of mental health and carer services with outreach exposure based in Campbelltown and/or Bankstown. The client are committed to reconciliation, lived experience, and inclusivity. You must support the delivery of In-person Counselling Services, focusing on an inclusive, person-centred approach. Utilise expert knowledge to deliver effective carer counseling services using evidence-based clinical therapies like Rogerian and CBT. Manage external stakeholder relationships, develop services, and contribute to community relationships to support specific carer cohorts, including the LGBTI community, young carers from rural/remote areas, and CALD Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

The Role:

Utilise expert knowledge to deliver effective carer counseling services using evidence-based clinical therapies like Rogerian and CBT. Essential Criteria:
- Qualification in counselling or social work and eligibility for accreditation bodies such as AASW, ACA, or PACFA.
- Three years' counselling experience in Australia.
- Experience with children and adolescents.
- Experience in data analysis and the development of programs, publications, and services.
- Experience with CBT and Rogerian.
- Accreditation with an Australian professional association: minimum of PACFA provisional membership or ACA level 2.
- Valid Driver's License.
- National Police Records Check
- Blue and Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening check (required prior to employment).
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
