This is a great opportunity to join a mission-led not-for-profit and in a full-time permanent role. 
 

On offer:

  • RN1-8+ by NSW Public Health award.  $67-94k + super

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch care to vulnerable individuals experiencing isolation, marginalisation, homelessness, and chronic-complex health conditions.
  • Collaborate with individuals and the wider multidisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to achieve goals and health outcomes.
  • Take a leadership role in coordinating nursing and health care, promoting independence, and ensuring accountability and responsibility for delegation of care.

As a Registered Nurse you will:

  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care to all individuals referred to our service, while liaising with other service providers, families, and communities.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals and healthcare outcomes.
  • Coordinate nursing and health care across different contexts, advocating for optimal outcomes and appropriate referrals to other health professionals and support services.
  • Practice independently and interdependently, with accountability for your actions and delegation of care to enrolled nurses and other healthcare workers.

Selection Criteria:

  • Personal integrity and commitment to making a difference.
  • Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA
  • Valid NSW Driver’s License.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including email and electronic record management systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
