The role

  • Oversee clinical care services, ensuring compliance with governance policies
  • Lead and manage clinical staff, including RNs, ENs, supervisors, and carers
  • Handle systems, rostering, and continuous improvement of care procedures
  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and infection control policies
  • Collaborate with operations manager on staff qualifications and compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Health Science Nursing
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered General Nurse
  • Experience in leadership and management within aged care or health environment
  • Strong understanding of financial, budget management, and aged care legislation
  • Excellent interpersonal, mediation, and staff management skills
