The Role
We are seeking a Clinical Lead  to join our client's dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert advice to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. You will lead the integration of compliance requirements and evidence-based practices across service areas, shaping the quality and consistency of the work provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily mentoring, coaching, and expert advice to Behaviour Support Practitioners and Team Leaders.
  • Lead the development of practices, policies, and procedures in line with NDIS compliance and evidence-based practice.
  • Drive clinical practice developments and quality improvements across the team.
  • Represent the organization at training events, maintaining the company’s reputation.
  • Manage compliance activities in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission standards.
  • Review and provide feedback on clinical services to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
  • Deliver supervision and support to less experienced clinicians.
  • Ensure all behaviour support plans adhere to NDIS requirements.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through exemplary leadership.
Essential Criteria
  • A degree in Behaviour Analysis, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Behavioural Science, or Social Work, with eligibility for registration with the relevant professional association.
  • Registered or eligible to register as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner at the advanced or specialist level.
  • Proven ability to provide clinical supervision, support, leadership, and mentorship to less experienced staff.
  • Experience in driving clinical and service development within an NDIS service.
  • In-depth knowledge of restrictive practices and the ability to develop plans to reduce and eliminate these practices.
  • Expertise in delivering positive behaviour support practices and developing evidence-based, person-centered behaviour support plans.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and service standards in NT, WA, and Commonwealth contexts.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, with strong conflict management skills.
Desirable
  • Postgraduate study in leadership, management, or clinical supervision.
  • Postgraduate study in positive behaviour support or applied behaviour analysis.
