A leading Aged Care provider in the Murray and Mallee region is looking for a Care Manager to join their team. Join a 30 bed facility just 1.5 hours from Adelaide and make a difference in the lives of Elderly Australians.

The Role
  • Work and collaborate alongside the CEO to lead the care team
  • Ensuring high quality, resident focussed care
  • Conduct comprehensive resident assessments
  • Identify training need and support staff members through training
  • Oversee clinical reports and admission of new residents

Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • NDIS workers check
  • Covid and flu vaccinations
  • Clinical knowledge in complex, palliative and dementia care
  • Understanding of AN-ACC and evidence based practice
  • Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on team building and proactive management
