On Offer:
  • Approx $90,000 - $105,000 + Super (Salary negotiable depending on experience) . Attractive commission scheme is available to complement your base salary.
  • Fully Remote Position (However Expectation to attend the head office in Sydney 1 time per month)
  • Target regions for our client are: Sydney, Brisbane or the NT. The successful applicant must reside in one of these cities in order to meet prospect and target businesses.
  • Quarterly bonus structure attached to sales targets e.g. 10% growth of licence revenue received during the quarter.
  • Annual bonus structure for meeting/exceeding target ad stretch targets an attached to specific KPI’s more broadly than sales targets.
  • Existing commission structure which is scalable based on the value of the sale, capped at 14% of year 1 revenue.
  • Work with a community services software entity experiencing exponential growth!
  • Make a difference to welfare entities and NDIS providers on a national scale.



Purpose of the role:

Our client is a leading entity that promotes a client management system which enables OOHC and disability/ndis providers to deliver best practice support. The CMS enables entities to create reports , manage risks , monitor finance and assist with decision making.

About the role:

To generate increased business with the support of the existing Customer Engagement Team. This will be achieved through:
  1. Delivering on our clients marketing strategy including working alongside our clients Marketing Team and facilitating Conference coordination and attendance.
  2. Building strategic relationships with peak bodies, ensuring our client is informed of sector changes directly linked to our clients product offering.
  3. Achieve increased revenue through increasing brand awareness, responding to tenders, increased lead generation and responding to enquiries, including providing product demonstrations. 
  4. Engaging with existing customers to seek feedback and obtain product reviews
The position includes significant strategic input, developing and assisting the Service to pursue improved community outcomes.

Criteria:
  • Appropriate tertiary qualification in relevant discipline; financial, management, accounting or business development degree.
  • Experience and evidence in sales growth in the health sector
  • Knowledge and experience in the NDIS and  Out-of-Home Care sectors.
