• $115K base + super (approx. $125K with salary packaging
• FIFO/DIDO lifestyle – spend 3 weeks in Geraldton, 1 week in Perth

The Role
We are looking for a proficient behaviour support practitioner to join a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred support. Working across Perth and Geraldton, you will provide behavioural assessments, develop tailored behaviour support plans, and work with clients and support teams to improve quality of life. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced advanced and proficient level practitioners while being part of an organisation that genuinely values its people.

Requirements

• NDIS registration as a behaviour support practitioner (proficient level) or eligibility
• Relevant tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline
• Strong knowledge of NDIS quality and safeguarding principles
• Experience in behaviour support, coaching, and mentoring
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Passion for person-centred, strengths-based service delivery
