The role  As an RN in a large residential facility you will:

  • Provide first class care to residents - conduct assessments, develop care plans and provide case management

  • Deliver complex care including medication administration, wound care/dressing and where necessary, making referrals 

  • Work collaboratively as part of a multi disciplinary team and engage residents and their families to help achieve their goals! 

  • Support and lead ENs and Care personnel.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA

  • Possess clinical skills, ideally within Aged Care though not essential

  • Able to work Mon-Wed AM as a minimum.   Ideally with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts between Thu-Sun

  • A positive demeanour, willing and able to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, their families.
