The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Therapeutic Case Manager to join our team in Bankstown and support our Permanency Support Program. In this role, you will use your experience and skills to provide high-quality case management services to children, young people, carers, and birth families. You will work closely within a therapeutic and trauma-informed framework to support the holistic well-being of those in our programs, which include Permanency Support, Preservation, and Restoration. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service delivery, ensuring that all interventions align with our mission to provide comprehensive support to children and families.

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelors degree in Community Welfare, Social Science, or a related field
• Experience providing quality assessment and case management services to children and young people within the Permanency Support Program (Preservation, Restoration, Guardianship, Adoption, and Long-term care)
• Proven experience working within a trauma-informed framework
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working within a culturally diverse environment
• Current WWCC
• Valid driver's license and access to a well-maintained vehicle with comprehensive insurance (or use of pool cars provided)
