The role:
As a Psychologist, you'll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive psychological services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, to a client base across the lifespan accessing the NDIS. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting psychological evaluations using a variety of methodologies to determine the mental, emotional, and behavioural functioning of your clients. You'll craft individualized treatment plans, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances. Your commitment to fostering a supportive and understanding therapeutic environment will be key in facilitating your clients' journeys toward mental well-being and resilience.

You'll also contribute to our multidisciplinary team by collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. This collaboration will not only enhance the quality of care provided but also offer you a rich environment for professional growth and learning. You'll participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and professional development sessions, staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of psychology.

Essential Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology
  • Registration or eligibility for AHPRA
  • Drivers' license
