  • Work with residents to set goals and promote meaningful activity
  • Provide a clinical resource and advice to OTs in other locations
  • Provide leadership to care  staff to deliver activity and therapy programs
  • Communicate effectively with the care team to enhance the wellbeing of residents
  • Contribute to quality improvements and compliance activities

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support a team
  • Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
  • An understanding of the Aged Care Standards
  • Well-developed organisation and workload management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team setting
  • Proficiency with clinical information systems
  • AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with at least 4 years' experience in aged care or a related area.
  • You will also need a strong commitment to person centred care and able to work both independently and within a team. Most importantly, you'll have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in our residents' lives.
